On October 16, 2020, the Intelligent Service Robot Forum of 2020 Big Data Intelligent Development and Artificial Intelligence Innovation, Development Summit, organized by the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence and the Chongqing Artificial Intelligence Society, and co-hosted by YUNJI and Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, was successfully held.
It was reported that the forum coincided with the 70th anniversary of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, from a number of robotics executives, university experts through keynote speeches and roundtable discussions, focusing on the application of service robots practice, in-depth exchanges of domestic and foreign service robotics cutting-edge developments, trends and status quo.

In the forum, Ms. Zhi Tao, Founder & CEO of YUNJI, shared a keynote speech on “Rethinking the Value of Service Robots”.
Ms. Zhi deeply analyzed the status of domestic and foreign robotics companies, and pointed out that service robots need to return to the business nature. The core of service robots is “service”, and YUNJI integrates artificial intelligence technology into actual scene application, giving robots advanced technology, optimized cost, complete technology and sustainable value, creating clear value for commercial customers.
