Recently, the 2023 National Hotel Industry Digital Growth Summit and the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Hotel Digitalization Specialized Committee of China Hotel Association, which was hosted by the China Hotel Association, came to a successful conclusion.

As the vice-chairman unit of Hotel Digitization Specialized Committee of China Hotel Association, YUNJI attended the summit as the industry representative in the field of commercial service robots and hotel digitization solutions, to show the hotel accommodation industry colleagues, that YUNJI empowers the hotel industry towards the digitalization of sustainable development.
At the summit, as one of the members of the Hotel Digitalization Committee, YUNJI provided a robot digitalization system solution based on the “Digital Hotel Operation Service Specification” group standard to create a closed-loop service for hotels to build the whole process of stay-in the hotel, to establish a diversified interconnection and interaction of intelligent service ecosystems and multi-device intelligent linkage, and to help hotels realize a new change in the digitalization of services with the collaboration of humans and machines.
The drafting group for the group standard “Digital Hotel Operation Service Specification” was established, and Ms. Zhitao, Chairman and CEO of Yunji, was appointed as the deputy head of the drafting group.
